is there a hidden message in this deviation?

i dunno if it's just me but directly to the left of the nose where the colour divides (dont know tech terms lol) there seems to be a skull and crossbones figure, juggling balls whilst wearing a firemans helmet.

just a little something i noticed...other than that, it aint bad.
